Can I get refund or reship if my order does not arrive to me?
First of all, please be patient and wait at least 3 weeks. If you did not recieved your order after 3 weeks, submit a support ticket to us. Our staff will review your case as soon as possible. If your order lost or stuck at somewhere, we will happily make a reship or full refund.
Please note that, full refund is available only on orders up to USD 400.00 (or equivalent of customer's local currency). Orders over this amount will get 50% refund.

Can I return the purchased items to you?
No, we do not accept returns but if you have a compliant for any reason (underweight item, damaged shipment on the way, etc), please send us a support ticket, we will do our best (reship on most cases) to solve your problem.
